(<a href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/dVc-ZEuX\" data-attribute-index=\"22\">https:\/\/lnkd.in\/dVc-ZEuX<\/a>)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Despite the context, in Campo Longley there has always been a rule closely monitored by the high levels of the hierarchy, which ensures that we are all capable of acting in any position on the farm without gender gaps.<br \/>\n60% of our direct workforce is women and we believe that in terms of team work, diversity is an advantage because talent has no gender.
