In addition, it is necessary to guarantee high-quality grazing to ensure that our cows’ diet is the best at different times of the year. This must respect the environment. Therefore, since 2019 we have started to implement organic practices in the management of our fields.

At that time, we started with 7,5% of our grazing platform. The land was tilled and sown with 100% organic fertilizers; the compost was from BioTerra. In 2021, we reached 29% of organic paddocks in the grazing platform, and we also added an area with the same management in our lands dedicated to the preparation of our reserves.

The transition is daily, and we believe in what we are doing, making it easier for us to overcome the challenges.
