As part of a private English group, at Campo Longley we share in the celebrations for this expression of the history, culture, and traditions of the United Kingdom.

We had the honor of sharing this celebration by sharing a commemorative gift with our people and participating in the coronation event at the British Embassy in Montevideo.

Our most sincere greetings to the new king from the friendly country Uruguay.

Uruguay is a country that has a differentiated agenda in terms of sustainability and animal welfare. Currently, end consumers are increasingly interested in knowing where the products they consume come from and under what conditions the food that reaches their tables was produced.

That is why Campo Longley Uruguay has opted to be certified in Animal Welfare with a national certifier.

The week is ending and soon Sabina starts her return. We are very happy with the productive days and with the exchange between the people of our units.

Today April 30th is celebrated the day of the rural worker.
Congratulations to everyone involved in such an important activity for the country!

Yesterday we had a very special day. We received the students and their teachers from the rural public school No. 206 in Juanico, department of Canelones.

16 children, from 4 years to 6th grade, spent their school day in our establishment getting to know our facilities and routines. It was a perfect day thanks to the collaboration of different people who made this visit possible.

A special thanks to everyone involved and to the weather who went out of their way to help too!☀️

Today, our general manager Sabina Clara Gleicher begins the adventure of traveling to #Australia to visit the Richmond Dairies, Fast Freeze and Rizzi Cold Storage facilities.

And the three months that the New Zealand students were with us flew by. What a beautiful experience for all of us. Technological exchange does not happen only between countries.

Technological exchange also happens in the routine of a milking farm.

💦 We had long-awaited rains.
✅ From CONAPROLE they sent us the certificate for the successful participation in the Unilever audit.
📝 UTEC – Universidad Tecnológica student joined #CampoLongley team. Facundo Berger will be with us until November as part of his practical training in the dairy course.

Ayer recibimos a un grupo de estudiantes de la FAgro – Facultad de Agronomía del campus de nuestros vecinos de Centro Regional Sur (CRS). En el marco del curso de 4° año, los alumnos participan del Programa (¡brillante!) denominado: Sistemas de Producción Lechera 2023 (SPL). Este curso pretende acercar a los alumnos a la realidad productiva de los tambos y cuenta con un programa muy bien pensado por sus docentes.

Pasamos la mañana recorriendo nuestras instalaciones y compartiendo un poco de nuestros registros, experiencia y resultados.
